Abstract
Rhinogenic headaches are secondary headache caused by sinusitis and anatomical variations, such as septal spur, concha bullosa, osteoma, and septal deviation. Differential diagnosis is essential since rhinogenic headaches are similar in headache characteristics to primary headache. We report a rare case of rhinogenic headache with popping sound in nasal cavity presenting during sleep. Clinicians should consider paranasal sinus CT in unknown origin headache or primary headache patient to evaluate the rhinogenic headache.
